This role is responsible for start-up, development and optimization of processes to improve product quality to drive process yield improvements, cost reduction, productivity improvement and risk management. The role collaborates across multi-functional teams to tackle process challenges, implement solutions and identify and resolve issues affecting production while driving improvements across all SPC (statistical process control) charts.

This role defines and develops PLC programs using Siemens automation systems, ensuring flawless functionality and integration of vital infrastructure components including chilled water systems, exhaust scrubbers, MAUs, bulk chemical distribution, ultra-pure water and wastewater systems. The role will lead and mentor the SCADA engineering team and oversee daily functionality and maintenance of SCADA systems supporting TD and operational objectives while supporting the design and implementation of new infrastructure and automation solutions.
