Supplier Diversity and
Inclusion at Micron

Increasing representation and spending with diverse suppliers is one of Micron’s six DEI (diversity, equality and inclusion) commitments, and we continue to make significant progress in this area.

We are committed to advancing opportunities and building mutually beneficial partnerships with small businesses and businesses that are majority owned by women, people with disabilities, members of the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, and other historically underrepresented communities.

Amplifying our impact through Tier 2

Micron recognizes that it is the company's and its partners' shared responsibility to make commitments and business decisions that positively enrich life for people and our planet.

We expect our suppliers to make reasonable efforts to engage small and diverse businesses, maintain records of these efforts, and report expenditures with small and diverse businesses upon the request of Micron.
