Our online Micron University allows team members to take courses to enhance their skills and career development.

Stock

Restricted stock units are offered to team members at management discretion. Micron also provides the opportunity for team members to enroll in the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), which allows team members to purchase Micron stock at a 15% discount.
