Fran Dillard is vice president of Global Talent Acquisition and Workforce at Micron Technology, where she leads efforts to attract, develop and champion the talent shaping the future of memory, storage and AI innovation. Passionate about building a future-ready semiconductor workforce, Fran advances talent strategies spanning K–12 education, community colleges, universities, upskilling and lifelong learning. With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, she is known for fostering inclusive workplaces that spark innovation and expand access to meaningful careers. Fran serves on the SEMI Foundation’s Workforce Development Advisory Board and The Conference Board Talent Management Council.
