New 34nm NAND Designs
Shrinking size doesn’t mean shrinking performance—especially when it comes to our new ultra-small, ultra-fast 16Gb/32Gb MLC and 8Gb/16Gb SLC NAND devices. Built on our 34nm process technology and designed with a high-speed synchronous interface, these parts pair big capacity with big performance to meet ever-expanding solid state storage requirements.

Enterprise NAND
Our Enterprise NAND is a high-endurance SLC NAND Flash solution. It’s optimized for intensive enterprise storage applications where endurance is the top priority. It blows away standard SLC cycle rates, delivering 1 million WRITE/ERASE cycles. And it does it with an industry-standard package, without requiring any design or process changes for existing products.
Serial NAND Flash
Our Serial NAND Flash is a lower-cost, higher-density alternative to serial peripheral interface (SPI) NOR solutions. Serial NAND is available at densities starting at 1Gb and offers faster write performance than NOR at a much lower cost-per-bit. Minor programming and design changes are all that’s required to replace NOR in many applications. Serial NAND will help you improve performance, increase density, eliminate a controller or card slot, and shrink your BOM.
