Enterprise NAND
Our Enterprise NAND is a high-endurance NAND Flash solution. It’s optimized for intensive enterprise storage applications where endurance is the top priority. It far surpasses standard cycle rates, delivering 30,000 WRITE/ERASE cycles for MLC and 300,000 for SLC. And it does it with an ONFI 2.1 synchronous interface.
Serial NAND Flash
Our Serial NAND Flash is a lower-cost, higher-density alternative to serial peripheral interface (SPI) NOR solutions. Serial NAND is available at densities starting at 1Gb and offers faster write performance than NOR at a much lower cost-per-bit. Minor programming and design changes are all that’s required to replace NOR in many applications. Serial NAND will help you improve performance, increase density, eliminate a controller or card slot, and shrink your BOM.
Embedded NAND
Our managed NAND devices are simplified, high-capacity embedded storage solutions that lower your system costs and speed your time to market. With memory solutions like e-MMC™—NAND Flash with a high-speed MMC controller in a single package—we make it easy for you to optimize your designs.
