With data rates as high as 4.8 Gb/s, our FBDIMMs enable extremely fast buffering—optimizing server performance, limiting data inaccuracies, avoiding crashes, and improving overall reliability. Available in densities from 512MB to 8GB, these modules can be scaled to meet almost any server challenge.

Mainstream Memory Module
Registered DIMMs are a mainstream memory module solution that powers thousands of successful designs worldwide. Our RDIMMs—available with DDR3, DDR2, DDR, or SDRAM in a range of densities—are designed with registers, buffers, and ECC to support higher throughput and better accuracy. And a logic buffer and PLL ensure high reliability, even with demanding memory usage.

Our very low profile RDIMMs (VLP RDIMMs) can be placed vertically on the board, freeing as much as 67% of the space typically allotted to memory. Our small-outline registered DIMMs (SORDIMMs) provide data reliability through reduced address, command, control, and clock signal loading; temperature monitoring; and a narrow form factor—about half the size of standard RDIMMs.

High-Quality Networking Modules
Our high-density, very low profile (VLP) Mini-DIMMs significantly boost overall telecom, networking, and computing blade server memory capacities and are compatible with the ATCA standard. These small modules take up to 67% less space than typical modules, improve airflow (which reduces thermal power consumption), and offer high data rates.

LRDIMM

Rack Up Server Performance

Implementing load-reduced DIMMs (LRDIMMs) enables you to add more DIMMs per channel and increase the memory capacity and speed of your systems. Our LRDIMMs use a specially designed buffer to reduce the data load to a single load (up to an 8-rank DIMM), whereas standard RDIMMs present multiple loads for dual-rank and quad-rank versions and limit the amount of data you can load to the data bus.
