Prerequisites to Using Remote Access (Non-Micron-Managed Devices)

IMPORTANT: The prerequisites listed below MUST be completed:

  • While you are physically located at a Micron site and connected to a Micron network.
  • Before you attempt to connect to Micron resources remotely.
  1. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
    • Visit the Duo site (alias duo) and follow the instructions to enroll your smartphone, a mobile device, and/or a landline in Duo.
    • Note: You will not be able to visit this site until after your Remote Access Request has been approved.
