Our HPC modules are the foundational building blocks for a truly scalable system based on the PCIe bus standard. The ultra-high performance AC-510 module advances our unique modular architecture by combining a Kintex® UltraScale FPGA with our high-bandwidth Hybrid Memory Cube (HMC).
Up to six business card-size AC-510 modules can be snapped onto a EX-700 PCIe backplane (up to eight backplanes in a 4U rack), filling a single PCIe slot with a groundbreaking level of parallel processing density for compute-intensive and memory-bound applications.
