To help foster diversity and inclusion, Micron has a rich community of employee resource groups and interest groups. Being active in our communities is something Micron values. Through our Micron Connection program and Micron Foundation, we encourage team members to get involved. Whether it's promoting math and science, volunteering time for nonprofits, or supporting local schools, Micron is there.
We invest in our teams and their careers. In our most recent year, we invested 990,000+ hours of training. Beyond training, we provide a host of additional job support and resources.

The D&I Council was formed in July of 2017 by executive guidance and is made up of a cross-functional global team of senior leaders. This council is responsible for creating the diversity and inclusion strategy for Micron and providing visible champions for D&I across the organization while ensuring program support.
