Our Employee Resource Groups
At Micron, we believe that our continued success depends on the diverse skills, experiences, and
backgrounds that our employees bring to the company. To help foster diversity and inclusion, Micron has
a rich community of Employee Resource Groups (ERG) and Interest Groups. These organizations provide
career development, support, networking opportunities, mentoring, community participation, and
assistance in activities that promote cultural awareness. Their programs include speaker series,
community service, development conferences, and heritage celebrations.
Leadership Network (MWLN)
Mission – To empower Micron’s diverse workforce by enabling team members to achieve their full potential in their careers, in technology, and as leaders.
Resource Group (VERG)
Mission – VERG establishes a community at Micron that supports active and former military personnel and is committed to helping veterans during their transition into the civilian workforce.
Mission – Micron Young Professionals (MYP) is dedicated to developing and retaining a talented up & coming workforce of professionals at Micron.
Mission – Pride+ is a group where LGBTQ+ team members and their allies can thrive as being their authentic selves in the workplace and community.
