On December 6, Micron’s acquisition of Inotera was finalized.  One week later, the two companies, along with several Taiwan dignitaries, celebrated the joining of the two companies.

The December 12 event combined traditional Taiwan festivities with speeches from both company and Taiwan leadership and marked an important milestone in the two companies’ longstanding relationship.
