Micron’s low-power DDR5 (LPDDR5) has been selected as a best product winner in the prestigious ASPENCORE World Electronics Achievement Awards (WEAA) 2020.
This awards program honors the best companies, products and people who are influencing today's electronics industry worldwide. Micron’s 1y 12Gb LPDDR5 was recognized as the world’s first LPDDR5 to go into mass production and for its industry-leading data speeds and low energy consumption. Micron LPDDR5 was awarded in the Memory, Amplifier and Data Conversion category.
