What do you do in your position?
I write programs to test our memory chips' functionality and speed.
How or why did you decide to enter a technical career?
I wanted to pursue a challenging and rewarding career.

Working on brand new memory chips and being a project leader brings me great job satisfaction. As a project leader, I have the autonomy to create and develop new processes and ideas. I enjoy teaching managers and other team members about what I'm creating.
What high school courses helped you prepare for your job or
college program?
Math courses, including calculus and computer science classes, helped prepare me for college.
What post-high school education did you pursue?
I have a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Idaho.
What advice would you give a student interested in pursuing a technical career?
Take lots of math and science classes.
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
I enjoy golf, weight training, fishing, playing cricket, soccer and hunting. Let's say I like the outdoors.
