LRDIMMs

Our load-reduced DIMMs (LRDIMMs) use a specially designed buffer to reduce the data load to a single load (up to an 8-rank DIMM), compared to standard RDIMMs that use multiple loads and limit the amount of data that can be loaded to the data bus. Implementing LRDIMMs allows more DIMMs per channel and increases system memory capacity and speed.

Enterprise NAND

Our Enterprise NAND is a high-endurance NAND Flash solution optimized for intensive enterprise storage applications where endurance is the top priority. It delivers 300,000 WRITE/ERASE cycles for SLC and 30,000 for MLC. And it does it with an industry-standard package, without requiring any design or process changes for existing products.

PCIe SSDs

The unique designs and features of our PCIe drives provide breakthrough performance, endurance, and power savings for servers in cloud and data center environments. The 2.5-inch drive’s compact, hot-swappable form factor allows drives to be added or serviced without powering down the server or removing it from the rack, dramatically improving serviceability and scalability. Providing the drive in multiple form factors and capacities up to 1.4TB enables Micron to deliver highly reliable, high-performance storage solutions that meet a variety of customer needs.

SATA and SAS SSDs

Our enterprise SATA and SAS SSDs provide reliable high performance for a variety of applications such as boot drives, direct-attached storage, enterprise servers, storage arrays, and virtualization appliances. They can also serve as the primary drives in applications that need more endurance and data reliability than a client drive can provide. We design these drives with a low total cost of ownership (TCO) and key features like high lifetime endurance, enterprise-level data protection, and a wide selection of capacities.

Power-Saving Solutions

Our 1.35V DDR3 and 1.5V DDR2 reduced chip count (RCC) modules are specially made for data center servers. They deliver the same performance and memory capacity with half the number of components. And because there are fewer modules, less heat is generated, which reduces both cooling costs and overall power consumption costs.
