Optimizing Performance in Low-Power Applications
Consumers want more features and functionality from their mobile devices, and you're expected to design it all in with less power, less time, and less space. We understand those design challenges and offer a wide range of Mobile low-power DRAM parts to help you meet them.
Our Mobile LPDRAM has the low power consumption, high performance, and wide temperature ranges you need to give your customers greater mobility and longer battery life.
For design flexibility, our Mobile LPDRAM is available in VFBGA and PoP packages or as Known Good Die.

New 4Gb NAND/2Gb LPDDR MCP
We’re constantly driving to innovate and improve our products, so we’re regularly reworking designs to take advantage of the latest technology. For example, our new MCPs are built on industry-leading 34nm NAND and 50nm LPDDR—the most advanced processes available. With these small processes and a 2Gb monolithic LPDDR die, it has one of the smallest overall die areas of any MCP on the market.

A low I/O power supply—together with features like TCSR, PASR, and DPD—delivers significant power savings to battery-operated systems.
Automotive and other applications that operate in extreme environments can benefit from the extended –40°C to +105°C and industrial –40°C to +85°C temperature ranges these products offer.
