Micron and Intel Introduce New 34nm 3-Bit-Per-Cell NAND Technology

Micron and Intel today announced a new 3-bit-per-cell MLC NAND technology. By leveraging the award-winning 34-nanometer NAND process, the companies were able to develop the smallest 32Gb product available in the industry.
