Problem:
You need to re-roof a house with composite shingles. Each side of the roof
is 20 feet by 40 feet.
How many packages of shingles are required and how much will it cost?
Each package of shingles covers 12 square feet (ft2) and costs $7 plus another $12 to have it put on the roof (for labor and other materials such as nails).
