Manufacturing Associate
As a Manufacturing Associate at Micron, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the manufacturing environment process flow. In this position, you will evaluate and offer suggestions for improving procedures and optimizing equipment performance as related to the production process. This position requires that you lead projects to enhance product quality, yields, and improve processes; work with all levels of management to ensure labor, materials, and equipment are used efficiently; and use business enterprise software to document work, monitor inventory levels, and analyze data.
Qualified candidates will have a detailed understanding of statistical analysis, internal tracking systems, materials management, product planning, and scheduling. You must also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Required Education: BS or BA in Operations Management or equivalent combination of related education and experience is required.
