A generic RoHS Certificate of Compliance can be found on Micron’s Web site at the following link: 
Download Micron's RoHS Certificate of Compliance. This is a generic 6-of-6 certificate of compliance for Micron’s Pb-free parts.
To obtain a 5-of-6 certificate for our non Pb-free parts or to get a part-specific certificate, please submit a request through the Product Technical Support link.
