How do I get a bare die data sheet?
Access to Micron’s bare die data sheets is restricted and subject to Micron's prior approval. To request access, you must first create a micron.com account. It only takes a few minutes to request access.
Once you have an account, you'll need to request access. Fill out the form, being as specific as possible about your design requirements. Your form will be reviewed by a Micron representative, who will contact you via email regarding your new access.
After you've received the access email, browse to the Bare Die Secure Site. Click the link for the die product you're interested in and download the data sheet from the table.
