What are the JEDEC SPD specifications?
The SPD specifications for modules are determined by JEDEC. Micron uses several SPD specifications within JEDEC Standard No. 21-C to determine and generate SPD data for SDRAM, DDR, DDR2, DDR3 and FBDIMM modules. These specifications are available (if ratified) to the public at www.jedec.com. Specifications that have not yet been completed or ratified are available to JEDEC members only.
