Automotive Memory that Likes it Hot
In a way, automotive memory is like a heat-and-serve frozen dinner. Sometimes it’s really cold and sometimes it’s really hot. For this reason, we offer a range of extended temperature automotive memory. These devices have a typical operating temperature of –40°C to +85°C. Certain devices can even withstand temperatures of +105°C.

In 1992, three of the world’s leading automobile makers formed the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) to establish a common part-qualification standard. The AEC’s Q100 integrated circuit standard allows semiconductor makers and automotive system designers to work toward a common, stable, and achievable certification.
