Where do I need to submit my invoices to get paid?
Each supplier should continue to submit invoices according to current contract terms. Suppliers will be notified of any contract changes prior to implementation.
I do business with both Micron and Elpida and/or Rexchip, will common areas of spend be combined?
While we have just begun the integration activities necessary to combine the two companies, our goal is to leverage supplier synergies wherever possible, across Micron’s enterprise.

Continue to utilize your existing procurement contacts. If contacts change, you will be notified accordingly.
What if Micron requires me to support their needs ahead of Elpida and/or Rexchip or vice versa?
Effective with the acquisition close announcement, the companies are to be considered as one. Any concern of competing priorities should be addressed through your primary procurement representative, for escalation.
What impact will this have on the existing business systems and processes in place between suppliers & Elpida or Rexchip related to Forecast, Order, Delivery/Shipping, Receipt, Acceptance, Invoice & Payment systems/processes?
Continue to utilize existing business systems and processes. As business processes, systems and legal entities change, notification will be provided to affected suppliers.
Where do I submit quotations?
Continue to utilize your existing contacts and processes for business needs. If contacts or processes change, you will be notified accordingly.
How will Supplier confidential information shared with Elpida/Rexchip be handled (Commercial: pricing, bank info, terms, etc.; Technical: roadmaps, specifications, design, etc.)?
After closing, you may continue to communicate with current points of contact until otherwise notified; however, all confidential information exchanged must be under a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) with Micron. If your company does not have an NDA with Micron please coordinate with your point of contact to have an NDA generated by Micron’s legal department. No exchanges of information should be made under an Elpida or Rexchip NDA after closing.
Who do I contact if I have questions or need clarification of how to operate with Micron, Elpida or Rexchip after the acquisition?
Continue to follow current business processes and utilize your existing contacts. If they are unable to answer your questions directly, they will do their best to provide you with an alternate point of contact for the information.
